1. Instalation types

  • Drop-in - the tub is "dropped-in", or sits in, a hole cut out of the tub "deck", or surrounding  supporting area.
  • Undermount- the tub is mounted underneath the tub deck, and the deck is cut out so that the opening exactly mimics the size and shape of the top of the tub bowl itself, leaving only the inside of the tub bowl visible.
  • Freestanding - do not require any surrounding material because they are designed to stand alone.
  • Alcove - Three walls surrounds the tub, with each wall's surface sitting directly on top of the tub's deck. A tile flange is required on each side for this type of installation to provide a water-tight and finished appearance.
  • Walk-in Tubs - designed for comfort, safety and easy access and make bathing a peaceful experience, rather than a stressful one. A solution for those with mobility issues.
  • Tub Shower - An installation consisting of a stall that has a bathtub as the basin base with a bath shower atop it.

3. Cleaning Systems

  • MTI Simple Touch® and Fill-Flush® whirlpool cleaning systems are designed to keep your bath clean and hygienic. Both systems clean the internal whirlpool plumbing system in less than 5 minutes and with less than 10 gallons of water. The Fill-Flush system allows water to fill the bath through the whirlpool jets. So there is no need for the traditional filling spout; only hot and cold valves. Simple Touch, on the other hand, permits the use of a filling spout of choice and provides the added benefit of automatic operation
  • Hydrosystems HydrOzone™introduces natural ozone to immediately begin cleaning your water. Whenever your system is running, your water is also being sanitized. It is natural, safe, effective, automatic, maintenance free, and is standard on all Hydrosystems designer whirlpool and thermal air tubs.
  • Jason Sani-Design™ system includes an automatic ozone sanitation system–maintenance free that works automatically to destroy bacteria, viruses and fungi; V-drain plumbing that guarantees maximum water drainage from the plumbing system after each use; positive drain air channels that ensures maximum water drainage from the air channel after each use; and an automatic air channel drying system that eliminates moisture in the air channel.
  • Maax Ozonator cleans and purifies your bathwater by harnessing the power of oxygen.

MicroSilk® from Jason and Indulge from Hydro Systems

This type of Hydrotherapy oxygenates bath water up to 70% more than regular tap water with microbubbles approximately 50 microns in diameter. At such a small size, these microbubbles are able to enter the skin’s pores, removing impurities, carrying oxygen for improved metabolism, lightly caressing skin for exfoliation, and improving hydration for dry skin.

Whirlpool/Air Combination

Combination of the invigorating deep-tissue massage of a whirlpool, and/or the light full-body air massage. Enjoy the best of both worlds with this fully adjustable hydrotherapy system.

Air Bath

Air Bath promotes a delicate full-body massage in a blissful combination of water, heat, and air movement that creates an effect both therapeutic and relaxing. The movement of millions of tiny air bubbles activates the lymphatic systems, increases blood flow, stimulates endorphins and relieves sore muscles and other painful conditions.

This type of hydrotherapy comes from strategically placed jets that may be targeted to specific areas of the body. This system is ideal for a sports-related injury, using powerful jets that thoroughly massage muscles and help eliminate accumulated toxins.

The soaking bath is the most elemental form of hydrotherapy and it is ideal for cleansing and relaxation of the body. Soaking in warm water quiets the body and slows internal organs; heat dilates blood vessels and increases circulation, allowing enzymes and endorphins (the body’s natural pain relievers) to work more quickly and effectively.
